Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on our fragile crystals unless they arrive damaged during shipping. We take great care in packaging our items to ensure they arrive safely, but if you receive a damaged crystal, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement or refund. Absolutely! When you check out online, the shipping options will have a "local pick up" option to select. 

Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know you new additional are ready and waiting for you at Brewed Gems. All you need to do is bring your confirmation email with you and pick up any time during business hours.
